I have contacted Construplan for a quote to address some maintenance related issues in my house. It was a mix of a significant job on the house foundations requiring lifting the wooden floor and replacing joists that had gone loose due to damp, and many many other smaller jobs like fixing stair boards, electrical works, fixing and repainting cracks, replacing radiators, etc.
From the beggining I had a very good impression of them; they provided a very comprehensive quotation, with suggestions on how to approach each task and at any momment I felt they were trying to upsel or dodge me, as it’s kind of expected in this industry (at least my own past experiences). It was a very transparent engagement from start to finish.
Upon agreeing with the quote, they honoured it and completed the job on time and on budget, delivering a great stress free service, from sourcing material to the labour work.
I am very happy with the result and therefore can’t recommend them highly enough. Do contact them for your needs and I’m sure you won’t be disapointed.

My shower got broken I didn't now what to do, I called this guys, one came to my place the same "day" and at the time "agreed". My shower was fixed within 30 minutes, so happy, I would definitely use this company again!! More...
