Beautiful area and fishing lakes. Everywhere kept spotlessly clean. Friendly staff. Great club room and pub. Restaurant has a great ambience and terrace is lovely on a sunny day. What I great place. The staff are all very helpful and polite. The outdoor pool is excellent and well covered by lifeguards who were vigilant making sure under 8's were accompanied by an adult, when they were swimming in the deep end of the pool. The food in the upstairs restaurant was excellent. The two parks are great my son loved the zip wire one and the new addition of the tractor and trailer to the beach was fun. The new shower block is good but not being able to alter the temperature wasn't great they were too hot for my son, we used the older block where you could alter the temperature. The only disappointment was the lack of recycling, you only did glass up where we were, whether there was somewhere else to recycle paper, card and plastics I'm not sure. I understand it can't be cheap to get rid of all the waste but we do need to recycle. I would really recommend this holiday park to everyone. More...

I’ve been coming since I was a child, so over 30years. Started bringing the children a couple of years back. Absolutely love the site. Kids love it too. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Only downside, is that certain people feel they can just let their dogs wander, we had 1 wee up my brothers tent and another poo right nxt to ours (whilst the owner watched and ignored). We had a 1 year old pup with us and she absolutely loved the dog field walks twice a day. Thank you Cofton for another wonderful holiday. Will be booking for 2020 More...

Absolutely brilliant week! Just got back today and enjoyed every minute of our holiday... Very helpful staff and many of them which is always a bonus, nothing was too much for anyone. . Luke really stood out for us as he dedicated time to teach us to fish round the lakes and really looked after us, he made the experience for my 3 yr old extra fun too!! We cannot wait to return! Went camping for 5 night and it was brilliant. There's a nice walking area to Dawlish Warren, lots to do there as well. The shower rooms a clean and the staff are really friendly.

Good holiday site for kids,plenty to do ,downside is very noisy so if you like quiter more sedate campsite don't go here.Overall facilities were very good ,toilets ,showers etc,onsite pub and restaurant were also very good,I felt it was a bit costly for us taking our own van but so £174 for 3 nights a bit expensive

this is our 3rd and longest stay in the last 14 months. our first stay was 1 week on a grass pitch. couldn't fault it! we stayed on a super pitch on our 2nd stay, but we were under a tree so our awning got ruined with bird poo. so we changed back to good old grass for this holiday and it's been brilliant! staff are fabulous and helpfull. facility's are clean and fit for purpose. pool is very well maintained and supervised. the walks and views are gorgeous. we will be back More...

Stayed throughout cofton for over 14 years at various apartments and caravans. This year we stayed in Little Orchard loved the new decor. Nice touch with the gifts and the pint of milk on arrival to allow us make a cup of tea. Really enjoyed visits from ZooLab and Pennywell. Friendly staff all round.
