What do you love most about your job?
As the CEO of my Business Ministry, Business Trainer and Coach I run a multifaceted enterprise serving several different types of clients, and I honestly love everything that I do! From strategic planning to training church leaders, consulting with hospitality companies to helping my coaching clients have a breakthrough in their lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always had an entrepreneurial mindset and have been running businesses since I was 14 years old. I love the freedom of working for myself, writing my own rules and inspiring others to do the same. While being in business can be a challenge at times it's also one of the most rewarding experiences of my life; I love being able to create products and services that will have an impact on others and leave a legacy for my daughter.

I wholeheartedly believe in the practice of coaching and the positive outcomes produced by the process. Coaching is a powerful tool that is used to empower individuals and help them achieve their goals quicker and easier than they could by themselves; it enables you to progress from where you are now to where you ultimately want to be. When you collaborate with me as your Breakthrough Coach, you will embark on a unique journey of self-discovery and fulfilment. I will encourage you to explore your values and beliefs, help you step out of your comfort zone and define challenging, but achievable goals and create a plan of action. The Coaching relationship is a collaborative partnership between myself, your Breakthrough Coach and you, my Client. I am committed 100% to your personal development, growth and ultimately your success.

How does Breakthrough Coaching work?
As a Breakthrough Coach, I use different models to structure my sessions. One of which is the GROW model which is an acronym for the areas explored, Goals, Reality, Options and Way forward. This model keeps you moving forward towards your goal. I will be asking you questions, listening to your responses, challenging you while remaining non-judgemental regarding the details and not offering you any advice. Everything we discuss during your session is 100% confidential, as such, you can express your dreams, aspirations, values, beliefs and any challenges or setbacks openly.
Do I have to be a Christian to work with you?
In short, No. But, my faith is an integral part of my practice, and as such, I pray for my clients and often make reference to God, Jesus, The Holy Spirit, The Bible and Scripture if you’re good with this, then we’ll be just fine?
