Finding the right Therapist has been instrumental in enabling me to find the right solutions.Tony was compassionate, demonstrating great insight and sensitivity to the issues I had presented. He has enabled me to move forward with my life when I felt hopelessly stuck with feelings of depression and anxiety. I now feel more confident, have a better understanding of who I am, and what I would like to achieve in future for myself. I feel empowered by the experience of working with Tony, and highly recommend anyone who wants change in their life to make contact with him. More...

As a client, I have found Tony to be a compassionate therapist with excellent interpersonal skills and a gifted communicator. He is attentive and empathic in his dealings with others, being diligent and incredibly sensitive to my individual needs. I’ve also found him conscientious, truthful and highly principled. He demonstrates integrity in all aspects of life, and is committed to alleviating suffering. He empowers people he meets, promoting personal growth, greater self-awareness, and independence. He has been instrumental in turning my life around, and particularly in dealing with long standing issues of Generalised Anxiety, Social Anxiety and Panic Attacks. More...

I can see that most of the reviews here are negative. However, mine were very positive and this is due to the immigration solicitor they have on Fridays named Merlin.

He was very gentle and patient in his approach and gave clear and (very) useful advice in relation to my wife's visa requirements. He was later available by email for follow ups.

When I consider other solicitors wanted £1,000 to do the paperwork we easily did ourself (with Merlin then checking it) in a 30 meeting and then online: I can't ask for more!

The office is in need of a refurbish and perhaps the staff have low morale as a result, but the meeting room was perfectly fine and got the job done.

The location is quite good, easily accessible by public transport but not too busy, such as near the mall.
The centre provides a number of useful services for locals and the reception team are friendly and helpful. Sometimes the information provided is confusing, but they are happy to assist with any additional questions.
The decor is dated and could do with an update, but it is acceptable.
Earlier opening times would be helpful.
Overall it's a good local centre.

Integrative counselling is a combined approach to psychotherapy that brings together different elements of specific therapies. Integrative therapists take the view that there is no single approach that can treat each client in all situations. Each person needs to be considered as a whole and counselling techniques must be tailored to their individual needs and personal circumstances.

Integrative counselling maintains the idea that there are many ways in which human psychology can be explored and understood - no one theory holds the answer. All theories are considered to have value, even if their foundational principles contradict each other - hence the need to integrate them.

Hypnotherapy is a skilled communication aimed at directing a person’s imagination in a way that helps elicit changes in some perceptions, sensations, feelings, thoughts and behaviours.

In a typical hypnotherapy session the hypnotherapist and client will discuss the intended alterations or therapeutic goals desired. The hypnotherapist will ask questions about previous medical history, general health and lifestyle to decide on the best approach for the individual.

Hypnotherapy may be found to be helpful for those seeking relief from a range of problems and is used alongside a person’s own willpower and motivation to seek a desired goal. It is often used to help relieve anxiety, aid sleeping, help to address bed-wetting, address attitudes to weight, and help clients achieve behavioural change to stop smoking. It may also help with minor skin conditions that are exacerbated by stress and confidence issues, and may also be used to enhance performance in areas such as sport and public speaking. Hypnotherapy may help people to cope with and manage the relief of perceived pain.

Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) is an approach to communication, personal development, and psychotherapy created by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in California, United States in the 1970s. NLP claims there is a connection between neurological processes (neuro-), language (linguistic) and behavioral patterns learned through experience (programming), and that these can be changed to achieve specific goals in life.

NLP methodology can "model" the skills of exceptional people, allowing anyone to acquire those skills. Often in a single session, NLP can treat problems such as phobias, depression, tic disorders, psychosomatic illnesses, near-sightedness, allergy, common cold, and learning disorders.
