A healthy diet is everything. Without it your body won't function optimally, your exercises sessions will feel harder and your recovery will be compromised. Your sleep patterns will be disrupted and you'll lack energy the next day. Regular exercise is a compliment to good nutrition and lifestyle choices, not the other way around. You will never be able to out-train a poor diet.

By communicating with them to understand their fitness goals. I believe that your fitness is an all round approach, from the actual exercise you do in our sessions to the work you do in your own time; from exercise to nutrition.

There are so many personal trainers our there with varying degrees of knowledge and passion and whilst I don't claim to know EVERYTHING, I love what I do. I want to empower people to move better, eat better an be better.
