Had a problem with my boiler. Called Colin, who said he would be round in the afternoon. Then he rang me back to say Guy would come over straight away. Guy sorted the problem, a seized fan, and got our heating back on again in a jiffy. He also gave me some great advice regarding the fan. Many thanks to CJP for getting us hot water and heating back quickly. After recently signing up with YourRepair and waiting days for an engineer - who when they did arrive (after also rescheduling from the date told) didn’t fix it but left saying they didn’t have parts and couldn't any timing for when it could be fixed they would be in touch. Never heard anything back from them - or any response from a support ticket to YourRepair who are happy to leave you without heat in the coldest weather we’ve had in ages for over a week. Calling CJP heating tech was the best decision who called back straight away and got it fixed quickly and efficiently, very helpful and clear with timings and prices. What a fantastic service. Colin came out in the snow on a freezing Tuesday when our boiler stopped working. He diagnosed the fault and ordered the part. The part wasn't delivered to the store until 6pm Wednesday but he went to get it and got to us just after 7pm and fixed it. We had heating again straight away! Absolute star. I highly recommend CJP. It is seldom that I write reviews and those that I do write are frquently of the complaining type. That may be because I am an old and grumpy pensioner! It takes a lot to impress me nowadays.I have just had a new boiler fitted by Colin and Guy and I cannot praise these lads highly enough. Very professional and thorough, true to their word, honest and caring. When other heating engineers have taken short cuts these lads have done a "proper job".As a former lecturer at Burnley College I have marked and graded many assignments and my top mark has always been 9/10 --- there is always room for improvement. It therefore, gives me great pleasure to give Colin and Guy my first well deserved 10/10. Had a new smart meter fitted and found a gas leak somewhere in the house, gave CJP heating tech a call and came round same day to attempt a fix, found to be a pipe somewhere so arranged to come back at a later date and sort the problem. Moved into a new house and guess what...broken boiler.......gave CJP a ring and the next day it was diagnosed, fixed and now working fine with no more issues.
