Mikhail provided a absolutely amazing Lebanese brunch at my home, hosting a group. He was an absolute pleasure from start to finish; extremely professional, very skilled, went above and beyond. The food exceeded restaurant standards and very authentic (verified by the Lebanese guest of honor!). I couldn't rate Mikhail any higher, or have chosen a more suitable chef. Kochkurs in England schien vor einigen Jahren noch so, wie Fallschirmspringen im Badezimmer. Eigentlich undenkbar. Mit Harry von Chateau Harry und seinem internationalen Team aus Russland, Rumänien, Sardinien und Grossbritannien geht es aber. Es geht bei Kochkursen immer um Spass und den hatte die betroffene Gruppe, als Teambuildingevent kann es nur empfohlen werden. Zunächst empfängt Harry alle mit ein paar Bierchen oder einem Sekt, dann geht es an die Töpfe  jeder schnibbelt und brutzelt etwas. Dier Köche erklären gut und verständlich. Das, was wir da zusammen gekocht haben schmeckt nachher eher mittelmässig  aber darum geht es ja auch nicht.Geht es dann zum selbstgekochten Diner, dann gibt der 82-jährige Harry seine Weinprobe und die hat trotz unterdurchschnittlicher Weine (Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir und Merlot) durchaus Klasse.
