There is no secret, it's about willing to commit your time and effort to exercising regularly and eating a healthy and varied diet. All of which Cheryl can help with.

What Cheryl loves most about her job is meeting new clients that are struggling with exercise and opening their minds to new and different ways of training, and seeing results.
