I have attended Yvette's Pilates classes for about 2 years now and I can honestly say its one of the best things Ive done in recent years. Yvette's knowledge and expertise is amazing and because of this I've experienced a wide range of different movements/exercises which are both effective and challenging yet so beneficial. I have been doing Pilates with Yvette for over 15 years so it must be good if I'm still going and never bored as the routine changes every term.
