At Catering 73 we are mad about food, not only the taste of it but also how it is presented. We work from a gorgeous venue in Cardiff called Cathedral 73, which is a hotel and restaurant and is the hub of our catering company.

This place is an absolute gem. Stunning rooms lovely staff and a very chic relaxed environment. The food was fantastic and our stay really made our weekend complete. The hotel itself is set back fron the the busy part of cardiff but still a stones throw from the castle, shops and the stadium. I would highly recommend a visit if your needing somewhere to stay. Wow what can I say..... what a beautiful hotel. Could not fault anything about the place. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Myself and my mum said for one night to watch Ed Sheeran and the hotel is in perfect location the the stadium and town centre. When we arrived back from the town in the evening we were greeted by the most lovely helpfully night porter who went out of his way to ensure we were happy. He was lovely and kept myself and my mum company while we had a few hours of drinking. The night porter was so happy friendly and ensured we had everything we needed. What’s your signature dish?
I wouldn’t say we had a signature dish as our menus have to vary so much to keep up with the ever changing market. We ensure that we can provide a blend of traditional dishes along with a modern approach.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We discuss the clients needs and expectations. Some clients only require standard menus, whilst others want a fully bespoke service and some want something in between, which ever it is we deliver.
What do you love most about your job?
We love meeting our clients and providing them with excellent menus, food, locations and memories
What inspired you to start your own business?
The love of business and hospitality, we care about what we produce and our aim is to keep our valued customers happy by exceeding expectations

Corporate catering need not be bland sandwich platters, we offer everything from cold buffets to street food and canapés, stone baked pizza to mobile gin bars. Anything you may think of please ask us and hopefully we can create the perfect menu.
