This place is in an absolutely beautiful setting. Whether it be a family get together to an intimate wedding setting your will never go wrong.

Set back from the road in its own private grounds between Ruswarp and Sleights it offers the perfect quiet and safe retreat with stunning views of the Esk Valley, River Esk and the NYM Railway.

Accommodation is available to suit all situations from a 2 person Bry, 4 person Cottage or 6 person Barn Conversion.

The Cottage and Barn are interconnected for those bigger family get togethers.

I have stayed here several times now and I just love the place.

The hosts are very welcoming and nothing is to much trouble.
