We got married at Logie Country House this past weekend and I can honestly say that we had the best weekend of our lives, in large part down to the incredible way Logie have (a) structured the venue and most importantly (b) Gillian, Stef, Tim, Cyndi and the rest of the Logie / Hudson’s crew who make it all so slick and perfect. First the venue - Logie is somewhere you can spend a whole weekend with your family and bridal party, rather than just one day. There’s space for 35-40 people to stay over, an amazing bridal suite, a pool, hot tubs and everything else you could possibly need. You need to have a tour to get the feel for this. While the venue looks amazing, it doesn’t feel pretentious and there’s this super chilled vibe that made it feel like home for us. Secondly, the wedding itself - Gillian runs a tight ship, in a fantastic way!! In the run up, she is there to keep track of everything going on, give you tips from the major down to the minuscule (which are SO helpful) and on the day she just keeps everything running on schedule and maintains a level of calm which is much needed! The Hudsons’ staff are equally as ‘on it’ and kind and they work with you to get things sorted if there are any hiccups even when it’s not even slightly their domain. The food was incredible and there portions huge (I just felt bad that the top table were barely eating anything!!) We feel so lucky to have had Gillian and the team to keep everything running smoothly and look after us and our guests so well. We could not recommend Logie any higher as a place to have your perfect wedding weekend and also think (having looked at a number of other venues in the area) it is quite reasonably priced given everything you get! If you are in any doubt as to whether to choose Logie as your venue, just book it - you will not regret it! More...

Gillian, Steph and the whole team at Logie House are the most knowledgeable, dependable, responsive, and accommodating professionals I’ve come across in the business. Can’t find a florist, want to hire in a piano, weird food request? Need some inspiration of ideas you’ll love but haven’t even though of existing? No problem to these gals, it is done without hesitation imeadiatly down to the smallest detail. 100/10 would recommend working with Logie House!!!!!! More...

Calum was our wedding photographer and did an amazing job from the consultation, to the engagement shoot, throughout the wedding day and the service thereafter. We planned our wedding from overseas after moving shortly after our engagement and we continued to have great communication with Calum throughout the process over the best part of two years. Logie was the second venue we visited after getting engaged and we knew instantly that this was where we wanted to get married. The house has 13 bedrooms so we were able to have our family and friends stay with us from Friday through to Monday and allow us time to extend the celebrations and really get the most out of our wedding buzz. It has a lot of amenities to keep everyone busy - swimming pool, TV/games room and 2 hot tubs (which were a Godsend with 12 kids to entertain!) and several 'living rooms'. It's got it's own island and secret tree house too!Stef and Tim are lovely hosts who are accommodating to each guest's needs. It is such a big property to manage but nothing was an issue for them. They made us feel so welcome and ensured there was always someone available to help if we needed.We had full use of the property for the weekend so could choose whether to get married outside in the courtyard, in the house or in the ballroom. Its very flexible to let you have exactly the day you want. We were lucky to have a sunny autumn day so we wandered all over the property for our photos and the fall colours were just stunning.Gillian, the Events Manager was brilliant. She showed us round the place a few times to get us acquainted with it all and kept the whole day running smoothly. Thank you Gillian for keeping us right!I could say 100 more things about Logie but this is already quite a long review and you're probably bored of my rabbiting by now but go on their website, arrange a visit - you won't regret it! We had the most amazing wedding...just perfect. I'd do it all again in a heartbeat, thanks again Stef and Tim for everything Xxx More...

ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!! This is a truly GORGEOUS house in a STUNNING rural location. I attended a very close family member's wedding here & can HONESTLY say it was the MOST beautiful & enjoyable wedding I have ever been to! ! The WEDDING ceremony itself took place INSIDE the House which looked beautiful!! After the Wedding formalities the Dinner, Reception & Ceilidh were held in the Ballroom which was PERFECT for the rest of the days festivities & celebrations!! The WHOLE location also made for some truly wonderful Wedding Photos-BOTH Inside & Outside. The Bride & Groom were extremely kind enough to ask me (and several other of their close relatives/friends) to spend 5 Days & Nights STAYING WITH them-IN Logie House itself!! I have now been to 5+ weddings at Logie and each time I am amazed by this venue. On my latest visit I was here for the whole day. The wedding ceremony took place in the house and we then went outside for photos and drinks. The hall was a perfect size for the wedding breakfast and the evenings events. I find the bar here to be quite well stocked and the prices to be very reasonable. Back here next month! seems like its the top choice at the moment! More...
