Gail is a true professional and very talented lady. Since my illness, I was invited to go along to see if meditation would help me; I am so pleased I made that journey! I am learning to relax, find strength from within, find comfort and pathways to heal me; it's fantastic. I had never tried meditation before, I know it's not for everyone, but it's certainly supporting me. Why not give it a try? More...
