What makes a great website?
To us, a great website is one that not only achieves the goal(s) set by the client but one that also creatively pushes boundaries, engages the right audience and offers its information in a user-friendly and digestible way.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
What is the main goal of your new project? What are you expecting? Do you have a budget in mind? (So we can work out the best solution for your project). What is the timeframe for the project?
Describe your creative process.
Our creative process is really simple and friendly. We have a good chat, either in person or on the phone, so we can get to understand more about the project, the character of the business and so we can ask any questions. From that, we plan the website's content structure in a simply flow chart and once this is approved. We begin to look at existing branding that's required on the website, we'll design concepts and then have these signed off.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Budgets, goals, any creative / art direction that the client would like to put forward for their website.
What do you love most about your job?
We absolutely love creating websites, designs and digital products that wow, inspire and enhance our clients' businesses. Seeing things work online and push innovation within our industry is just awesome!
What inspired you to start your own business?
After working for and running digital agencies for over 12 years and building websites for over 18 years, it was time to take the helm and lead my own business.
