Fantastic to find Alan … replied so quickly, there the next day & solved quite a tricky problem.

Booked Alan weeks ago, changed the day from Tuesday to Thursday which was "no problem" . Then 10 mins before he was due to come and do a clean (whilst charging £55 for 2. 5 hrs) and I get a text (No Call of apology) to say they wont make it and have to let us down and a thanks..... This is no way to conduct a business, to say I was shocked doesn't come close. I tried to call to see what happened or if they could come later and no answer and still nothing back from this "professional" I would urge potential customers to stay clear of this totally unreliable and unprofessional man.
