Pleasant quirky seaside hotel. Wonderful staff who are friendly and polite. Excellent beachfront location right opposite the pier and great for walks along the promenade. Hottest cooked breakfast ever is a bonus. Nice high ceiling room with great large windows and excellent view. Only criticism would be some modernisation is required but that might be subjective. The staff at the hotel are very polite and responsive and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable and everything was clean and in good order.
Good food in the restaurant and the bar.
I was disappointed with the car parking - very few spaces for the number of guests and the surrounding streets have very few spare spaces.
The hotel would benefit from a bit of redecorating but generally we had an enjoyable and relaxing stay at the Royal Beach Hotel. More...

This hotel has one of the best buffet breakfasts in the business, and the dining room staff don't wait to ask you if you want tea or coffee with your meal.
