I ordered online and realised I’d made a mistake with the colour sink unit I had ordered. Our order was going to be dispatched from the Ruislip store so I contacted them for help. Chris at the store was so helpful under difficult circumstances since part of the company had literally just been saved from administration but no real procedures were in place. Chris promised to help and called back and was able to resolve the issue. What started off fairly complicated due to circumstances ended resolved and I would definitely use Bathstore again. Absolutely top service, popped in there by chance and was introduced to a lovely by the name of Angie by a really welcoming man outside who stopped what he was doing to make sure I was ok. I needed to retro fit an old Hansgroë and Matki bathroom that was broken and the staff at Bathrooms By Design were very knowledgeable about was needed. The Morningside store in Edinburgh couldn’t have been more helpful with our designs and bearing with us as our house build pushed out dates for delivery. John who pulled together our bathroom designs worked magic with the budget we gave him and the designs were full of considerate touches . Purchased a bathroom suite from Bathstore Stockport in August 2018. For installation reasons on my part delivery didn't occur until December 2018 and install started end February 2019. A few issues arose such as size of shower screen so had to arrange replacement with a larger screen - Bathstore's partner delivery company could only collect at specific times when I could not get out of work and the Bathstore team from store at Stockport went the extra mile and went to the property and managed the collection on my behalf.From designing the bathroom in store in August 2018 to then sorting out swapping of parts, Jonathan, John and Tony at Bathstore Stockport have been fantastic and I would recommend their service to anyone. We used Bathrooms By Design to help us completely redesign both our master ensuite and main family bathrooms, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The master ensuite in particular was a very tricky room, being both small and awkwardly shaped, and we were at a loss for how to make the best use of the space. Having the professional and friendly assistance of Bathrooms By Design to help make the world of difference. Rupert was incredibly patient, working hard to get the design right, and helping me make the right choices of fittings and materials. Then, when it came to the fitting, everything worked so smoothly - deliveries were well communicated, minor issues and easily resolved with no hassle, and the ability for our fitter to liaise directly with Bathrooms By Design made the whole process as pain-free as possible. I hired and spoke to Erika about how I could open up my space and make it feel more like home.

I had spent most of 2018 overworked and stressed and my home reflected that.

It didn't feel as bright and vibrant as it used to and so with her help, I got rid of a lot of furniture and started investing in having all the essentials I needed in my home.

Wow! Erika understand so much more than just design! She understood exactly what was missing from my home that was leaving me feeling cold! I mean not just cold in the physical sense but also that I was feeling cold emotionally towards it. I did not realise that there was nothing of me in it! I was referring to my home of 7 years as my "partner's home" and Erika recognised this and helped me see how I could improve my relationship with the space and add my personality to the apartment. Amazing experience working with eRika. She completely transformed our sitting room space guiding me virtually through the entire process. Telling to move pieces of furniture, wall paintings, lamps from o e area to another.

I was worried at first about the virtual thing but the results are outstanding. We now love hanging out in oursitrong which went from blah to BAM! in less than 2 hours that she worked with me.

We recently worked with the Bathstore on supplying for 3 bathrooms I was designing for a client in Newbury. The sales guys in the Newbury branch are amazing and super helpful and went above and beyond to provide us with what we needed and on time.

On first contact , Erika was rather unassuming and not quite how I expected an Interior Designer might be - - you know all gushing and full of it !
However, once we established my requirements - to turn a rather dowdy and unnatractive summer house into a romantic "girlie" space for my wife - away from the 5 men in the family ,
she instantly got on with the job in hand !
Although Erika did make a few site visits a lot of the discussion and feedback between us was also by email and whats app - it had to be on time as I was keeping it under wraps until my wife's 50th Birthday !
The result was amazing and my wife loved it - - cant,t keep her out now - - the boys always know where to fund her !

I purchased two bathroom suites from Bathstore October 2016 from their Huntingdon Branch.I had excellent customer service from any member of the store Ispoke to, but I would like to say a special thank you to Tim in the store. From the initial appointment my Husband and I had which he clearly explained we were not obligated to purchase after spending well over an hour going over the plans for our two bathrooms.Tim could not have been any more helpful.
