I have recently started a 10 week course in Beginners Pilates with Equipment. I can honestly say it is one of the best things I have done. Every week I really look forward to my session and get so much enjoyment out of learning new things. Andy, our instructor is wonderful, he is so knowledgeable and caters to each individuals ability.
