I visited the Spa and had the 55 minutes deep pore cleansing facials and it was absolutely worth every penny. The staff are very courteous and very knowledgeable about the products and types of Spa services available. Bannatyne is also a health club with top range facilities under one roof. Wide variety of exercise equipment. Not a member of the gym anymore but my grandson attends a wonderful toddler swimming development class. Very confident in the water! Bannatynes have also had to become more competitive than they were when opened 2000. More exercise premises have appeared which are cheaper, but don't have a pool, steam room and sauna. More flexible memberships have become available, such as a monthly membership for visitors to the area. More...

Good quality gym with high tech machines. Despite it being a bit pricier than your standard council-run gym its not what you might think i. e.its not full of elite athletes who stare at you when you go in. There is a good mix of ages, sizes and shapes. I go by myself -and always feel safe and comfortable. Pool is lovely and not half as cold as other pools. Other gyms pale in comparison. More...

I would recommend having your nails done as i found it very calming and i am also looking forward to my spa day my sister bought me for christmas who is already a member of of bannatynes club in falkirk and her husband also the cafe is lovely & the staff are always lovely to talk too!

Very nice helpful staff, lovely clean bright facilities. I've been on many different spa days but Bannatyne's Falkirk have by far the best changing area and shower facilities with plenty of space and providing ample hairdryers and straighteners. Will definitely go again.

So we booked two treatments for my self and wife each unfortunately I had a bad accident before we came which mean I could like on my lungs this affected what we choice and booked but the lovely staff and supervisor did so much to accommodate that and changed the treatments for myself to things I'm able to do. I had a spa deal which I got from wowcher.. The deal was 3 treatments which was 45mins and the use of the facilities.. The staff were really friendly but I was annoyed to pay to have a towel £2. 50.. Most spas give u towels for free but charge for extras like slippers so that wasn't a great start but I should have phoned before hand to find out info like that. The leisure facilities were great and very relaxing. My problem was the treatments.. Me and my friend got taken at 1205pm as we had our appointments at the same time. The beauty therapist was really lovely but there was two points I want to bring up. One I got told to lie on the bed and she would come straight back.. She was away for ages that I shouted twice to say I'm ready to see if she was coming back. She then never knew I had 3 treatments booked so she had to go to the desk to double check.. And two, once the treatments got started it was great but it didn't get started til 1215pm.. Then my treatments were finished by 1235pm as I was back in the sitting area at 1240pm. So my 45min treatment only lasted 20 mins. My friend then came out her room at 1250pm.. Yeah the staff were lovely and the treatments themselves were great but if I'm paying for a 45 mins treatments I didn't expect just 20mins.. I'm just glad I paid through wowcher cos it certainly would not have been worth the correct price.. More...

Was given a spa day & lunch for 2, was a really good day. Couldn't fault a single thing, massage, facial and nails were spot on, and the beautician was such a lovely friendly girl. The lemon drizzle cake served as part of lunch was to die for, I had also ordered a cheese scone, they had ran out but the lady in the kitchen made extra when I was in getting my treatments, much appreciated, was yummy nice and warm so the butter melted in. My mum has never visited the In house Bannatynes Spa before but as her 50th birthday present, I got her a very good treatment to recharge her as she seemed to be quite tired as of recent. Surprising to say, after her treatment we contacted each other to discuss how it went. She seemed to sound half asleep as she was relaxed and calm. She exclaimed that the treatment was superb and that the person who served her (Dani) was amazing. Overall I would not hesistate to buy future birthday presents from the Spa again. More...
