I can't recommend them highly enough. Authentic Style took a brief from hell (bits of paper, arrows etc) and constructed a website that is a wonder to behold and easy to navigate. It even looks great on my phone. Every stage of the build was explained properly and I found myself looking forward to loading images and text that translated beautifully on to my desktop, ipad and phone. Everyone at the firm is extremely easy to get along with and there is a very well-ordered process in place ensuring that you get to sign off on things at each stage. We approached Authentic Style with a very specific brief for our updated school website, as well as an extremely tight deadline. The Authentic team were great at listening to and understanding our requirements, developing concepts for the site which were exactly in line with what we had in mind. They were able to quickly adopt a few design changes in the early stages and their efficiency meant they could move swiftly onto the site build. During the build, communication between us and the Authentic team was easy and efficient. We were all extremely pleased with the outcome and, thanks to the training provided by the team, we are now able to easily update and maintain our own site. After my first meeting with Will and his team to discuss creating a brand new website, my mind was put at rest. The team have a wonderful calm attitude and nothing is too much trouble. My I.T. skills are rather lacking but I felt involved and in control throughout the whole process. They discussed every step in a language that I understood and the end result was far better than I could of imagined.
