What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?

Property photography is all about luminosity and choosing the right angle shots. Viewers must be able to evaluate the space of rooms without having to turn up for a viewing. With Virtual Tours, you give potential tenant "near reality" experience, which helps them make better informed choices. Things to avoid at all costs is to advertise overly "touched up" pictures that don't represent the real environment and lead to disappointment when the actual viewing takes place.

What type of tenants are you looking for?
The level of quality you offer in your advert will determine the quality of the tenants you will attract. As simple as that.

What do you love most about your job?

The satisfaction feeling I get when customers are satisfied with the quality of my work.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I have always been an entrepreneur by nature, starting with the many "mini" businesses I created at a young age. Some of them completely failed, some of them "kind of" succeeded, but all these experiences gave me confidence in my own ability to serve people, offering them services they need, like and come back for. So it is all naturally that I created my own photography business as a subsidiary of my property management company set up in 2013. The idea come after realizing that many landlords had poor quality photos and videos of their property. This makes it difficult for potential tenants to get a good idea of the property they are viewing. With more people than ever booking their next property online, it was about time to offer a service that would benefit both landlords and potential tenants alike... And AskFreddy was born...
