I can’t praise Paul enough. He was professional, hardworking and a lovely person. He got our wasp issue sorted the same day I called and charged us a really good price. Arest a pest is local business that I employed their services in the past. I had a rodent issue in one of my tenanted properties, in Newcastle Staffordshire. My tennant was freaked out having encountered one of these rodant face to face. I contacted Paul the owner of the business and he remembered by from 18months previous. That was impressive to hear,( people don't always remember customers). Anyway Paul, immediately contacted my tennant and dealt directly with her to arrange a visit to carry out the task of neutralising the problem. I, was informed of how long it would take to eleminste the rodents, and identify the areas of entry , that is now sealed. Couldn't be happier! We phoned over masonry bees nesting in the brick work of our house. He came out same day within 2 hours of me phoning for a quote. Rang mr arrest a pest for my dad a few months ago to come and remove a wasps nest. He came the same day and removed it no problem he did a brilliant job as it was a big nest. We have not had any problems since its remained clear very reasonably priced a lot cheaper than the council.
