What do you love most about your job?
The variety - I’ve worked within a communications for almost 20 years and during that time have learned so much about many different industries and services. I like to understand as much as I can about the business or project I am working on so that I am able to do it justice and get to to the nitty gritty of what we are aiming to achieve with the communications work.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked in public sector communications for 14 years but this is a frustrating industry that is constantly affected by wider political agendas. I had always done freelance work on the side, and last year decided it was time to for a change and decided to put my skills to good use and give full time freelancing a try. I haven’t looked back!

In this ever-changing industry I also make sure my skills are up to date and take part in regular training and learning, including achieving a CIPR diploma in public relations.
