Ann’s Crystal Garden is run from the comfort of my beautiful summerhouse at the end of my garden. Everyone who walks through the door remarks on how tranquil and calming the atmosphere is. By simply walking through the door they say that they feel their healing journey has truly begun. I offer a range of Holistic Therapies: ~

What is Crystal Healing?
Crystal Healing is a holistic and natural therapy that taps into the energetic power of crystals and how they affect the body and mind. Crystals are placed on and around you to help unblock, focus and direct energies. Crystal Healing works on the belief that we are all made up of different energies and when these become stagnant, unbalanced or blocked, it can cause illness. The crystals gently support the body to heal in a therapeutic way. Different types of crystals have different properties and energies. Just holding and being near crystals affects our own energies on a physical, spiritual and emotional level.

What to expect from a Crystal Healing:
The session begins with a consultation. Crystal Healing is a holistic therapy dealing with all aspects of health - physical, mental and spiritual.
I will invite you to lie on the therapy couch. However if this is difficult for you it is possible to work with you seated. You are fully clothed and I cover you with a blanket. Gentle relaxation music is played. I encourage you to relax and fall into a semi-meditative state. Crystals are placed on and around your body and left on you while healing takes place. Some people report feeling sensations such as warmth or tingling while others may feel nothing.
When the healing session is over, the crystals are removed and, after a short recovery period, your awareness is brought back into the present.
A course of treatment is usually recommended with many clients choosing to have ongoing treatments to support their overall health.
Crystal healing is a complimentary and natural approach, meaning it can be used alongside traditional medicine and has no negative side-effects.
The deep relaxation that takes place during the session aids general well-being and is particularly useful when treating stress and anxiety. It can also help ease tense muscles which can help improve physical pain and sleeping problems.
On an emotional and spiritual level, crystals can help enhance self-esteem, encourage clarity and inspire a sense of peace and centredness.
This is a truly beautiful healing modality.

What is Angelic Reiki?
Angelic Reiki is a high frequency, multidimensional system of Angelic Healing and expansive consciousness that provides you with the healing connection through the Angelic Kingdom of Light. The Angelic Kingdom includes the Archangels, Angels, Ascended Masters and Galactic Healers. The energy sources that you need are provided. The sessions are never the same because the Angelic Kingdom brings forth the perfect energy for you at that time.
The sacred space is set for the Angelic Kingdom and they are in control. They will bring in the perfect energy for the healing. It may include a specific Archangel, Angel, Ascended Master or Galactic Healer or a group. I hold the space for them to do their work and provide any messages that they may have for you. The Angelic Kingdom is totally in charge of the session.

What is Rahanni?
Rahanni means 'of one heart'. There is no separation, we are from one divine energy source.
'Rahanni' helps balance the masculine and feminine aspects of every man, woman and child.
It is possible to release our fears and any negative energy that we accumulate from our experiences on this earth.
It will help us with communication and to gain control over our lives.
Rahanni works on a higher level therefore healing in a much deeper way. It is a life force energy that is channelled by the practitioner. The healing energy travels down through the crown centre, along the spine, down the arms and out through the hands towards the client. This is when easement of the clients condition can take place, bringing peace, relaxation and balancing of all the body systems.
It vibrates on a pink ray of light, balancing the heart centre, bringing forth love and compassion to each individual soul. This will help to bring inner peace to the mind and a possible healing to the physical body.
Rahanni needs to be experienced to be appreciated. If you are stress free, balanced and happy then you are strong enough to help others.Many people find their attitudes to life and its problems change for the better as a result of receiving Rahanni Celestial Healing


What is Pendragon Reiki?
Pendragon Reiki is a new form of energetic healing channelled by the Dragons through Kieron Morgan. It is similar to traditional Reiki but with the added power of Dragons!

I have had the great privilege and joy of hosting The Pendragon Reiki Workshops with Kieron Morgan in “Ann’s Crystal Garden” and am now able to offer Pendragon Reiki as one one of my Healing Modalities.

It is gentle but incredibly powerful and is highly recommended.

What is Guided Meditation?
How much “you time” do you allow yourself? How often do you really relax and recharge the batteries? Is your brain constantly on overload as you try to juggle the tasks of the day and still be all things to all people?
We all need time to heal body, mind and spirit. If our energies are sapped we have no more to give.
Meditation is a truly wonderful way of relaxing, healing and raising our energy levels. Through meditation you can focus your mind and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm state.

Every month groups meet and, working with different crystals, enjoy two meditations – the first to balance your Chakra Energy System and tune in to the energy of your crystal; the second takes you on a guided journey. Crystals are a wonderful tool to deepen your meditation and help you to achieve a specific outcome. The meditations are conducted in a relaxed friendly atmosphere and we enjoy refreshments and a chat between meditations.
