What do you love most about your job?
I am really passionate about helping people and this is the path that gives me the most opportunities to do that.
Why I do what I do is to help people fulfill their potential and achieve their goals I want to positively impact every business that I come into contact with whether I work with them or not.
This is more of a thing I must do that I feel compelled to do it is not a job to me it's a way of life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After a successful corporate career I decided the part I really liked was seeing others develop and as the best way to develop lots of people is starting with a business owner and helping them to change inspires the whole organisation to change.
Because I am so passionate about helping people fulfill their potential I need to be able to carefully choose who I work with and that means having my own business.

The best way to describe me in this role is an unreasonable friend, I won't just agree with you because you pay me
So if you don't want to change, if you don't want to learn, if you think you already know it all then you really shouldn't choose me because I will challenge you to be better, I am always committed to helping you achieve your goals, I will always offer the human side of business and do the right thing and I will always insist that doing business with me is fun other wise what's the point.
