My company is Regulated by RICS and an accociat of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers along with a level 6 diploma in residential surveying (equivalent to level 3 chartered), as a member also of the Residential Property Surveying Association and associate BDMA, (British Damage Management Association) I also do a lot of damp and insurance assessments on fire and flooded properties. I have been in the building trade for over 30 years and the company was formed in 2010.

My surveys are possibly the best you will get for your money and do take 5-7 working days to process, it is not possible to do a survey in 24hours and get any information that is going to help you, the old saying goes “you get what you pay for” don’t go for cheap offers, remember this is possibly the most expensive item you will purchaser in your life, so use an independent surveyor.

All my surveys come with a minimum of 30 photos, so you are clear of the faults, no hard jargon just plain English, we open all windows and doors (if unlocked) and uplift drains if not sealed. We do all the searches from flood to broadband signal, use pole cameras, and in loft conversions, thermal cameras even check the insulation is installed correctly, at no extra cost. We have all the latest equipment and I also specialise in damp and flooded properties with 18 years of supporting restoration and insurance companies in the UK and Europe.

It is always best to put the property address in your listing, as all surveyors will have to look at the property to see if it is in their scope and be able to give you an accurate quote.
