What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Before embarking on a project, it is essential to outline the scope of the work, determine the best solution in terms of output and define the creative goals of the client. I pride myself on delivering work that reflects the client so it is essential to get to know who they are and what they want to achieve.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked in some top creative and marketing agencies for some pretty impressive brands, one thing that always bugged us was how the industry felt very fluffy. Jargon was used to make creative work appear more valuable and the less the client understood, the more they paid. Whilst the creative work was indeed valuable, we wanted to make sure our clients were on our team not the other side of smoke and mirrors. This means that fair and transparent conversations can happen with fair and transparent pricing.
