I I found Rachel by personal recommendation from a friend who used to struggle with insomnia. I had trouble sleeping hence I started going to Rachel. It was phenomenal!! Such great care and attention to detail, for the first time I could really feel tangible reactions in my body when Rachel applied the needles!! Most often I would drop in a very deep sleep in her sessions and in the following nights I would have excellent rejuvenating sleep. Rachel is great at what she does. Before the consultation, i spoke to her on the phone giving details as to why I wanted to do treatments, especially at my age. She understood my medical condition and asked a lot of questions about it to gain more information so she knows what treatment to give me. I am an ex-smoker! It worked and I couldn't be more thankful for the help Rachel gave me. I also cut down on alcohol and started to do yoga. I was looking for a London acupuncturist who had experience of facial acupuncture and having done a fair bit of research and comparison I picked Rachel based on her extensive experience and qualifications. I have just finished my treatment and couldn't be happier with both the approach and the results. Rachel is very knowledgeable, takes a holistic view to well being and is clearly passionate about what she does. I recently went to Rachel for my first ever acupuncture session, and I highly recommend her for her skill, personalized care, attention to detail, and general positive presence. I was a bit nervous about the treatment, and she made sure I was relaxed and at ease before beginning. She was gentle and precise with the acupuncture itself, and when I got anxious about the process, her bedside manner was excellent.
