What do you love most about your job?
I love providing support, challenging people to excel and getting the best out of their businesses. When the business owner and their business achieve exponential growth and scale-up, that gives me the most satisfaction.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was (and I still am) driven by a passion of helping business owners to make more money and reach their full potential while we both have fun working together. I also saw that over 85% of small businesses in the UK didn't survive beyond the first 5 years and I decided I'll help bring the statistics down.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am an educator coach who helps the client to have clarity, find answers from within and have fun running their businesses. I believe being in business should be an enjoyable adventure to growth and the fulfilment of the ambitions of the client.

We do virtual sessions online to avoid person to person contact. We also ensure that we have a Covid-19 risk assessment and health & safety precautions in place to safeguard our customers and ourselves.

The purpose of the day is to help the owner and their business on their 12 months’ plan and what needs to happen in the next 90 days to move the business owners and their businesses forward towards achieving their goals. It is geared to creating focus, direction and momentum for both business owners and their businesses.
Accountability Partner
To hold the business owners accountable for the actions they have committed to taking for their own and business growth. After the vision, planning, forecasting and budgeting etc, there has to be accountability. I can help hold the mirror up for the business owner so they are on pathway to growth.
