I was very impressed with the fitter that came to assemble my pax wardrobe. After an initial mix up re the size of the wardrobe that came in two parts and therefore classed as two wardrobes! My mistake I think! He worked really hard and managed to get the whole thing up in two hours. He stayed on and went into extra time to finish the job for me, as I’d told him my son was due back the next day and I really needed them assembled! Thank you. Job well done👍 More...

How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
Depending on the roof structure and planning constraints, a loft conversion is one of the most straight forward ways of getting extra space. Almost all houses can benefit from this extension with a bit of basic planning. If you are unsure whether your loft is suitable, please get in touch and we can arrange for a meeting at the property (Free of charge) to discuss your dreams and if we can help make them reality for you.
How long have you been in business?
Able Facility Solutions Ltd was established in 2014 but our sister company Able Joinery and Building was established in 1997.
What do you love most about your job?
Creating our clients dreams. Every client has a dream of what they want and we enjoy being able to create that for them. We are a close knit team, we work hard and enjoy what we do. Our engineers are polite, hard working and all have a good relationship with our customers and clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Our Managing Director Jon began working with his father as a joiner.
In 1997 Jon set up his own company carrying out extensions, loft conversions on domestic properties. In 2014, Able Facility Solutions Ltd was born, again we specialise in extensions and total refurbishments but on commercial properties and domestic, big or small. We are currently working with the NHS completing a 2 storey extension and total refurbishment.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are a family run business, our engineers have been working with us for a many years and we are a family, not just a company. We take pride in our work and have a great relationship with all our clients and customers. We are always there for our clients, even after completion.
Building
We carry out all aspects of building work. Hangind doors and changing door handles to loft conversions and knock throughs.
We also carry out works within the commercial industry - refurbishing restaurants, training centres and dental practices.
Plumbers /Boilers/ Gas Safe
We are able to repair leaks to bathroom installations to boiler replacements. We also complete Gas Safety Checks.
Roofing
We are able to re-roof buildings to applying GRP. All aspects of roofing.
We have recently been accredited with RADMAT - water proofing systems.
