Last Friday I bought an Audi Q5 from Kev, great experience from the moment I arrived it felt right. The car was clean and ready to test. The best was that I was looking for a car with all weather tyres, and he had recently put 4 new ones all weather. Kev is amazing on details, I had noticed that in the back the toolset was missing but I had not mentioned it and thought I’ll just buy that myself when I drove home and revised the car in more detail he had placed a new set. End of january 2019 , I used A1 car search to help find me a suzuki swift .They sourced me a low milage 2015 1.2 swift ,this is the second time i have used A1 car search and recommend them they help make the process of finding a used car very easy ,no trudging around dealerships etc They kept me informed all the time trying to find the right car for me ,the car was immaculate and stuart was very helpful answering all my questions

After a few years driving in central London and down country lanes I need to call on A1 to sort out numerous bodywork issues on my car and was completely blown away by the result. Panels all over the vehicle were restored to showroom condition and the paintwork looked like a mirror when the car was returned. It was literally better than the day I bought the car new. The service from Kev, Rhi and team is absolutely top notch with a full valet also included, a loan car supplied and friendly, professional communication throughout. We got our 4 year old van from them some months and 5K miles ago. Fantastic van at a very good price. It has high miles on the clock but most people who have been in it think both looks and drives like new - they source vehicles well. Its 'just a van' but when we took delivery it looked like new. It was better prepared than any used car/van I have bought over the years including nearly new ones! Their customer service also beats the main dealers I've used in the past - I always got a reply and a straight answer. These guys have completely transformed the world of used car sales; genuinely didn't believe the hype until they helped me find a fantastic Range Rover. Found me exactly what I wanted, made some amazing changes to it (wheels, tints, body work) and the finish was exceptional - hard to tell it had been used. Kept me regularly updated while they were looking for the car, understood exactly what I was after, and genuinely got the impression they cared as much about it as I did. Loved them so much I bought a second car with them just before Christmas, which they even went out of their way to deliver on Christmas Eve (it was a surprise present for my wife) and even took away the old car! Stuart from start to finish was amazing. The search for the car we wanted was found so quickly, I was amazed and totally over the moon. we we're kept informed pretty much on a daily basis. When they picked car up there were a few marks on the car, dealt with very efficiently. on collection of car I was amazed at how good it looked. All paperwork in good order and explained well. Excellent service, very helpful and worked around us. We purchased a range rover evoque at a fair price through a1 car search. Kevin kindly agreed to meet with us on a sunday and even collected us from the train station. Unfortunately the battery in the car failed a week after purchase, Kevin gave us clear advise on what to do, re assured us and promptly paid for the new battery. I told Kev exactly the model of car, age, mileage and spec that I wanted, and he delivered exactly what I was after (Vauxhall Astra Estate Sri), for a very reasonable price.
