Rang the company to check a gas leak on Monday 19th June, Michael came out quickly. Diagnosed the fault as a faulty gas valve on the boiler. Was quoted £75 but wasn't told about the VAT, so actually charged £90. Asked for a quotation to replace the valve & a quote for a new boiler, but nothing ever sent. After discovering our boiler wasn’t working this afternoon I contacted Mike who came round within an hour and fixed it. Absolute star! We have emergency cover but they said they couldn’t get anybody out to us and to source our own engineer and we are so glad we did. We strongly recommend Mike and team at 365Plumbing. Mike and team installed a new boiler for us, updated our corroded steel pipes and fixed a few faults within the broader system. This was a big job and we were especially pleased with the considerate attitude of the team who cleared up after themselves, kept noise to a minimum whilst we were working from home and tolerated our puppy! I felt the price charged was fair and the job was completed in the time frame quoted. Mike and his team took on a very tricky project moving 3 walls , installing 4 showers ,4 toilets, 4 sinks and a bath. Everything was finished to a really high standard . Communication was excellent throughout. At all times all members of the team were professional, patient and on time . All of the other workmen used eg plaster, tiler, electrician again totally a fantastic service. Mike is a wonderful chap and so are all his men. I trust them 100% even gave them a key.
