What do you love most about your job?
I get the best of both worlds. Working outdoors and indoors. Meeting people and helping them to solve their pest problems by getting rid of the problems. That is very satisfying. I am a down to earth ordinary guy although a business owner. I understand why people want prices to be as low as possible. Because I also want prices to be as low as possible for the services as my wife does also in the supermarkets. That's why we and our customers have the same economical interests. Its not just keeping prices low however. The best quality service is required. National chain stores, keep their prices as high as possible to keep making profits as big as they can to keep giving their directors as high as possible wages and bonuses and also to keep their share holders happy. 21st Century Pest control is a family business with no intention of pursuing high profits. My personal experience goes back to 2005. I get my satisfaction in the success of the business and the challenges involved at times and only requires a profit that will keep the business thriving and successful.
What inspired you to start your own business?
What inspired me to start my own business goes back years ago in fact decades ago,. As an employed, person I felt rich owners could share some of their profits with their employees, instead of a minimal wage as possible. I did not judge them and as an employee did my best. But I had the desire to be different.

Clients should choose to be my clients, because of the goals of my business 21st Century Pest control. They will know that they will receive he best quality services because I have the experience. And I am able to source the same treatments from the manufacturers and suppliers of the Pest Control Treatments, but keeping the price charges as low as possible. Our team of workers are treated not as employees but family members and friends. Our experienced Pest control technicians and their assistant trainees have business motto to keep up. Honest and friendly with clients but also as a team amongst themselves. Happy workers are good workers. This is the foundation attitude of our workers.
