I have been training with James for 12 months now and with personal trainers for the last 14 years!! I have found James knowledge and trainig style one of the best that i have ever trianed with and the results over the last 9 months have been fantastic. I suffered with a slipped disk just over a year ago and was worried that i would struggle to get back to full fitness. Where to start, I had given up hope of ever being motivated and enjoying exercise again. I was overweight and had tried literally everything. I suffer from Fibromyalgia and desperately needed help. The best decision of my life so far......Before i made the decision to contact James at 180 degrees i was very un-happy with my weight, fitness and my self esteem was at an all time low. I had tried all of the usual diets that had worked initially but once you stop and lapse the weight creeps back on. I cycle, swim and walk for exercise but my weight and fitness did not seem to improve.I had driven past 180 degrees lots of times but was a bit apprehensive to contact James, ( I so wish i had contacted him much sooner) as i did not think i was fit enough.Meeting James was a delight and talking through diet, and exercise was so interesting as he explained about the fantastic Biosignature system.The first workout my energy levels were all over the place and i was amazed at how unfit i was. What with bragging to James at how fit i was.....ha.After 11 weeks of James’s guidance in both diet and exercise I have gone from 12st 8 lb to 11st 4lbs. The diet is not a diet but a way of life now with a few cheat meals thrown in. I am amazed at how much my body has changed and family and work colleagues notice all of the time my shape change. I am eating more of the right things and losing an amazing amount of body fat in the right places. I feel healthy, happy and so much fitter with lots of energy. This is now a way of life and no going back, some days i have to check in with my eating as i do go off the rails but my body soon tells me i have eaten the wrong thing.Seeing James will also become a part of my routine as he gives me the boost i need and also it reminds not to cheat. You have to drink plenty of water 3ltrs a day which i found hard to start with but now once again routine takes over.In your life you automatically put up barriers to change without knowing it, if you make one change make a visit to 180 degrees one of them, you will be amazed at how much better, energised and healthier you will feel.I would recommend this to everyone if they value their long term health.A very happy client More...

I can't thank 180 degrees enough for the amazing results I've achieved thanks to James and the team. After 2 babies I needed some help loosing the baby weight and getting back into shape. The fitness programme and diet plan they came up with isn't something I would have done by myself. I would have focused on cardio and calorie intake but they designed a high intensity fitness routine around weights, interval training and focusing on different areas of the body each session and combining that with a balanced nutrition plan designed for me around protein intake and healthy eating, I have lost almost 1 and half stone. I am fitter and leaner than ever and even have abs! They are tough and relentless and an hour of lunges and squats is a killer but they really know what they are doing! I attend Re-Born Beach boot camp once a week and thoroughly enjoy the diversity of exercises, or drills James puts us through! I regularly went to the gym before starting so I was not out of shape, but still get a huge amount from the weekly sessions, so it is suitable for all levels of fitness.
