Our session are not recorded. We offer one-on-one sessions with a real coach the moment it suits you in a Live and interactive online session!

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

We follow all New Brunswick Covid19 protocols. We sanitize the center after each class/session and every night. Hand sanitizer and antibacterial wipes are provided. We are a boutique center and our studio is limited to only 10 people at a time.
