She is awesome! She doesn't push diets or diet culture and comes up with realistic ideas to help achieve your nutrition goals. Highly recommend her!

I hate the opportunity to see Jillian for some nutrition counseling. She is so knowledgeable and provided me with great suggestions and recipes to make changes to help my family improve our eating habits.
