We were needing a quote to replace existing shower due to long time leak in shower pan and collateral water damage. Of the contractors’ contacted, Joe was the first to respond, make a site visit and provide the best quote. As soon as the demolition work started it was evident the underlying support beam was fully rotten and structural repairs to the house framing were needed. Fortunately for us, Joe had other good tradesmen to handle the extra work and again at reasonable cost estimates. This saved us from trying to find other contractors and coordinate work scheduling. The structural repairs were well done and below budget. The tile work on the shower is superb. We would not hesitate in recommending Joe or using his services again if needed.
