We had an accessible bathroom put in. Roll in shower , grab bars, roll under sink, widened outward swinging door. Fitzy was prompt and polite, and listened to all of my concerns. The blocking behind the grab bars was fantastic, and walked us through the different steps for an accessible bathroom. The biggest indicator of his professionalism was what happened with the tile on the floor. He used a new tile sub contractor who installed it poorly. I called him about it on a Friday. He was over Saturday morning removing and reinstalling it to keep us on schedule. No extra charge, no complaining, he kept calm and just fixed it. Thats integrity.

It was a pleasure to work with Aubin at KBR. He was most accommodating. Him and his team did a wonderful job on our bathroom. He helped us out of a jam from previous contractors who had done a botchy job. Would recommend Aubin to anyone who is in need of a renovation.
