I worked for several agencies intent on helping people. However, I kept finding obstacles preventing me from being able to actually help and support people to wellness. Whether the politics, unnecessary paperwork, or misguided vision, I found working for other agencies inhibited me and my teams from doing the work needed to support the healing and well-being of my clients.
