My therapy involves a person-centered approach, along with psychodynamic and solution-focused counselling. I use techniques such as mindfulness, self-compassion, exposure therapy, CBT, motivational interviewing, boundary and assertive training, and positive psychology.
I became a counsellor to make a real positive difference in this world and it can start with each person individually.
