What do you love most about your job?

I love to see a business grow to its potential. Providing job opportunities is very important to me.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I am a gifted big picture thinker who can understand how everything fits together. It's all
about context. I desire to see patterns in the world and value things that have a
purpose or connection to other things people already know and value. I have a solid impulse to define the larger framework before working on the details when approaching any business. This is why I love being an entrepreneur.

I started my first business when I was 13 years old, selling peaches from my father's orchids. Since then, I have owned a maize meal mill, farm, retail business, online internet franchise, and a marketing & sales business, to only name a few.

I also had the privileged to work for big consultancy firms like Deloitte Consulting.
