My cousin, who's a Realtor, out of the blue asked me to photograph a listing he was going to put up on the market. I took all the pics I could get and sent them over to him. Lets just say he was beyond happy. His listing was sold in a matter of 2-3 weeks. After that day I was really intrigued so I started to learn more about Real-Estate Photography and basically never looked back. My camera is the gorgeous Sony A7iii and my go-to lens is my 35mm. I have a state-of-the-art drone called the Mavic Pro 2. It shoots in 4k footage and raw photos for maximum quality. My DSLR also shoots in 4k video. My go-to video and photography software are Photoshop and Divinci Resolve 16 in case you were wondering. And by the way, I'm also a FAA-Certified drone operator. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- How it all works? Depending on the size of the property, generally I take about 2-3 hours to complete all my photos. My drone shots and videos take another 30-45 minutes. Video walk-through take another couple hours because those, done right, should be shot in different time of day for maximum impact, such as morning, midday and/or twilight. I upload all my work to Dropbox and email you a private link to your personal space to view, download and/or delete as you please. Dropbox maintains all the original work after I upload it so that when you download the content to your computer it's at its highest quality. I will most likely use your content to add to my portfolio. I do not copyright my pictures and videos. They are for you to keep forever. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I live in Burbank CA so I'm able to get to pretty much every neighboring city in a pretty short amount of time. My turnaround time to have everything completed for you is generally around 2-3 days. Most the time I have it done in 1 day but I like to give that extra day or two, just in case. I love being able to display the property I shoot in its finest glory. I obsessively look for the best angles. I love making my clients happy and working with them side by side. I love being able to express my creative talents through my lens. It brings me great satisfaction. Oh ya, and I love editing because it can turn an average image into a work of art if done well and with taste.
I was inspired through word of mouth. Many of my friends and family had told me I had a good eye for photography, plus I was really good in photoshop and video editing software. Then I decided that if I'm good at what I do and I genuinely enjoy doing it then why not make a business out of it? And so here I am:)
