Everyone at z-fit are friendly and helpful- Cody taught my yoga class and was amazing! I normally don’t go to classes because I feel uncomfortable but Cody stressed to take things at your own pace. I plan to go back to yoga and try Zumba! Thanks!!! More...

I went to my first Zumba toning class at 5:15, Monday night. It was so fun and made me push myself. Looking forward to going to regular Zumba Wednesday. I did the class on Sunday and had blast. Love ZFit studio. I primarily do Zumba, but Yoga for Everyone is very relaxing after a long day at work. Zumba with Rebecca on Tuesday and Sunday is the best! she has great energy,is very motivating and a good selection of music. All the staff is friendly and welcoming, all around an excellent atmosphere. The location isn't the most convenient for me, but considering price and availability of classes it is the best option I could find. More...
