I'm so impressed with the care our dogs have received while at WGTTD! We recently boarded for a weekend away and they came home to us tired and clean. I've especially loved how personable the staff has been during drop offs and pickups and the extra care they've given our dogs. They've even taken special time to work with our puppy who's needed more attention when it comes to proper socialization and we so appreciate it. My dog, Duke, LOVES this place. He goes for doggie daycare and boarding when we go out of town. I've gone to a few other places before and Duke would always come home with his tail between his legs and rushing to the car at each place we went. Now? He whines when we hit Old Taneytown because he knows where we are, wags his tail, and he starts jumping around my car to get there faster! And when I pick him up? he doesn't even want to come home he is having so much fun! Couldn't be more pleased with the welcoming, kind staff for accepting my silly rescue mutt. Our dog, Cecil, goes to WGTD two days a week. He gets so excited when we pull in that I can hardly hold him back as he dashes to greet whoever is working the gate that day. Everyone who works there is patient and caring. I love that they have a routine they follow with the dogs and that they have a place for them to play inside when the weather is awful. Cecil has stayed for multiple day sleepovers and comes home happy,clean and healthy. They take excellent care of him.We never worry about him when we go away. This is the most amazing place for dogs I've ever seen. He has been going since he was a puppy and I know it has helped him to grow up to be the well balanced, friendly dog that he is today. More...

Our dog loves it here. We have used their boarding and daycare. They are very organized and knowledgeable about dogs, and treated our puppy very well. They have a lot of acreage so it's an excellent experience for any dog to run free and play all day with all the other dogs. I'm very happy we decided to take out puppy here a few days a week. The staff is super friendly and very caring towards the pups. I did a tour of the facility before bringing my pup and just being there for a short time I was super impressed and comfortable. My old man had never been great at playing with other dogs - always too rough and dominating. He also has moderate separation anxiety. His first week was a little rough but the girls were amazing with him, and he got into the groove pretty quick. Several months later and he still plays rough, but he doesn’t dominate, and is making new friends with my friends’ dogs. Donna and I needed a place for Zoey to stay and we heard of WGTTD from a good friend out at Bennett dog park. We just picked up Zoey from her evaluation day and I can say I am very happy with WGTTD. Zoey got a little gift bag and we got a nice card and letter. We are now actually looking forward to dropping Zoey off even if its just for a play day now. Great place! We have an extremely energetic puppy and she absolutely loves coming here to play. It’s great for socialization and she learns manners from the older dogs.
