Everyone we’ve worked with is so delightful. They took care of our dog daughter like she was their family. They sent photos and videos while we were on vacation, letting us know our pup was doing well and having fun. She had a lot of play time. A delightful day-trip for our dog
I took our dog Waldo to USA Pet Resorts for a special day of spoiling. I was impressed with the affordable cost of the Combo Spa Package, which included bath, brush, teeth, nails, and ears. The staff was engaging, professional, and pleasant. I explained that Waldo loved people but wasn’t a fan of other dogs. They assured me they’d take care of him properly and I left for an hour to take care of shopping while they spoiled him. As I left the parking lot, I saw they had taken Waldo out to their well-maintained outdoors dog run and they were “getting to know each other.”
An hour later, they texted me to let me know Waldo was ready. Any fears I’d had of my
Pound puppy being traumatized we’re immediately allayed - EVERYONE was happy! Waldo looked (and smelled) wonderful, and Steve and the staff told me they’d carefully introduced him to another dog under controlled conditions and Waldo had loved the encounter.
I am definitely bringing Waldo back for regular spa spoiling, and you should too. This new business is ready and able, and needs customers! Gorgeous inside and out, courteous, professional, affordable, and very pet friendly! Highly recommend. More...
