UPF is phenomenal! Been coming for 8+years and lost over 120lbs the right way! Master Tracy Goodwin is the best trainer ever and has whipped my butt into shape! He's also an excellent taekwon do instructor and really cares for the kids he teaches and mentors. He has flexible hours and his personal training is just that: personalized for each individual! My favorite line of his: give me what you got and what you don't got you can keep! "Come get you some!!!" More...
