What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing new clients' eyes light up first when they understand the benefits to them, and then when they see results! Explaining jargon in ordinary words, completing measurable chunks of work...lots to love about my job!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my own business by working too long for companies that were too tied to their pasts to be able to look forward -- and having two bosses --one, my favorite, the client, and the other, a hierarchy of managers.
Why should our clients choose you?
Business bottom-line oriented: we want to see you profit from our work on your behalf. I'm as happy to teach you and/or your staff as do the work myself, or split it as makes sense. My experience across multiple industries and company sizes, my attitude of continual learning since my first e-commerce site in 1993...

You can enjoy the benefits of our services in any time zone, as we have been working remotely for many clients since we started in the early 2000s.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
If we do meet with a client in Santa Fe, Albuquerque or other modest driving distances from our offices (in Santa Fe), we wear N94-95 masks -- and all our staff is fully vaccinated. We're happy to meet outdoors in decent weather, too.
