I'm stoked! I have been looking all over for an affordable gym that offers classes produced by Les Mills, and I found it here. I got spoiled about 8 years ago when I took Les Mills classes in Carrollton, Ga. Since I have moved from there, I haven't found them anywhere! I am moving to La Grange, so I started my search early. I don't need a pool, basketball court, or a track as long as I have a variety of Les Mills classes to choose from. I can fit classes into my schedule 7 days a week. They have a steam room, which I love, and tanning beds are included in your membership. I won't be using them a lot, but it's offered. I love the setup, but most of all, I love the staff. I had called and spoke to Laura and she has to be the sweetest lady in the world. I called her 5 times with more questions and she spoke to me the same each time. Also, I called before coming from Atlanta because I knew I wasn't going to make it in time before they closed to sign up. Jordan said she would start my order and have it ready when I came in. She took my information over the phone and she said she had to stay late anyway to do some extra work. When she gave me the tour, she took her time. She didn't treat me as if she should have been off work already, and I didn't feel like I was an inconvenience. Excellent Customer Service! They give you complimentary coffee. . .awesome. This gym is its own little community. The trainers, the people at the front desk and even those who have a membership are all so welcoming. The classes are so much fun and makes getting fit something to look forward to. They offered at college student discount this year at the beginning of the school year and i couldn’t be more thankful. i love this gym, there’s no other place like it (at least not in Lagrange) More...

I adore Towne!! Everything is clean and lovely, the equipment is in good shape, the members are friendly and the staff is fantastic. I love the group fitness classes (especially BODYPUMP!)... I had no idea getting my butt kicked at the gym could be so fun and addictive. Kara, David and Mary Kate seem to know the exact thing to say during class (whether it's Pump or RPM) to make me dig deep, find what's left in the tank, and push myself further than I believed I could go. The front desk staff is so friendly, too! I'd been a member of Planet for 2+ years before joining Towne.. if you're on the fence, go with Towne! More...

I was visiting LaGrange for a week and needed a gym to work off all this southern food I had been eating. I visited Towne twice and found it to a really good gym. For ten dollars a day, I got in all the exercise I needed. Cardio (treadmill, stair master), fitness machines, leg machines, free weights, dumbbells, kettle bells, etc... Friendly staff too. Two pieces of feedback. 1) It would be nice if I could have been afforded a locker to use so I wouldn't have to carry my gym bag around the club. 2) Showers have body soap dispensers, but need shampoo. The best fitness club around. The staff is also the best. The trainers are friendly, helpful and the best in the state. The manager is truly one of the nicest guys I know. I'll be a member for life.

This is a top-notch fitness club in a beautifully renovated building in downtown LaGrange Georgia. BTW, I am not affiliated with them in any way other than being a member. First, the other review that is mad at them purely for charging too much for a racquetball visit is completely off base! This is a monthly membership club, not a place open nilly-willy to the public. For about $40 a month you get the facilities, equipment, classes, free child care, courteous staff, and it rivals anything you'd find in Atlanta or other big cities. Classes every hour, every day, multiple huge areas of cardio equipment, Nautilus, weights, racquetball, sauna, showers, beautiful dressing rooms, smoothie bar, lobby area with 60" TV and leather couches.... HELLO, for a very reasonable price! I have not seen a place like it, as nice, for anywhere CLOSE to the monthly membership cost. What more could you ask? More...
