How many of us have issues past or present which cause pain in our life? Therapy is an opportunity for us to be freed by processing our feelings and thoughts in a safe environment so that we can move on and grow. I offer over 20 years experience of working with those who have suffered with trauma, addiction, mental health and spiritual pain.

I realize that no two people are the same and as such tailor my therapy to meet the specific needs of my clients. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression or any other issue, I will help you recognize underlying problems, fully realize your strengths and adjust certain behaviors and thoughts to see things a different, healthier way.

My practice specializes in treating individuals, couples and families and I offer comprehensive services dealing with:

Anxiety

These signs and symptoms are common in those suffering from a medical condition called anxiety disorder. While difficult anxiety symptoms can affect many aspects of your life, there is hope for a calm and serene horizon.

Depression
Or are you feeling overwhelmed by feelings of helplessness and hopelessness?

While it may seem difficult to find your way back to hope and happiness, I’ve been helping clients to personally do just that for years. To experience the joy of warm sunshine on their face, to reconnect with estranged loved ones, and to re-engage with a meaningful life.

Trauma
Trauma can alter how the brain functions, and its signs and symptoms can vary from finding it difficult to trust and being constantly on guard, to sudden panic and intrusive, anxiety-ridden thoughts. Trauma, without question, can significantly lessen your quality of life.

And while the signs and symptoms can feel complex and at times overwhelming, feeling better is more than possible. In fact, with trauma therapy we expect you will begin feeling better as we implement our compassionate and client-focused evidence-based techniques and strategies together.

Grief & Loss
We focus on helping people feel better and learn to cope with their grieving experience. We can help you learn to express and come to terms with the broad range of emotions involved in the grieving process, from those that you may expect — sadness, loneliness, exhaustion – to those that come as a surprise, such as relief, anger, and a sense of confusion. We offer a variety of therapeutic approaches to best support you and work with you as an equal collaborator to empower and engage your healing.

Spiritual Wellness
The path to spiritual wellness may involve meditation, prayer, affirmations, or specific spiritual practices that support your connection to a higher power or belief system. Yoga and meditation can also help you develop spiritual wellness.

Having compassion, the capacity for love and forgiveness, altruism, joy, and fulfillment help you enjoy your spiritual health. Your religious faith, values, beliefs, principles, and morals define your spirituality.
