I can’t say enough about how amazing Celeste and Eric are!!! We brought our sweet boy home in September and absolutely would get another puppy from them without hesitation! We came to visit at least twice before we brought him home and were able to witness the amount of love they have for all the puppies and their adult dogs. My five pups are my kiddos and there isn’t anywhere else or anyone else I would trust with them when I’m away. Celeste and Eric treat them like their own while they’re with them and send me updates constantly while I’m away. Not to mention their breeding program is the best of the best, their dogs are all in great health, and you can tell the owners really put them first. I surprised my fiancé with our beautiful girl “Roxie”. The Loyal Paws Co kept communication with me throughout the whole process and we even went and met them and our baby when she was about 4 weeks old. My wife and I board our puppies with Loyal Paws Company and we are extremely happy with them. We travel around and out of the state monthly so leaving our dogs can be hard. We are updated consistently with pictures and videos that make us feel confident and focused on our work while we’re away. Thank you Celeste and Eric for everything you do for our family. Our family of 6 took a family vacation to FL & found Loyal Paws to purchase a Doberman pup. We made a deposit & agreements were made that we would meet them in TN from WI when our pup was old enough. My husband received a message from the owners fiancé Eric Jimenez to meet him in TN on a specific date & time. After a 14 hour drive & multiple calls to them, no show from them. Didn’t answer their phone, email or text. Next morning the woman owner Celeste Parrish who claims to be nothing but an amazing animal lover, said she thought she sent an email saying there is a threat of a hurricane so they couldn’t come and shut off all communications, please pray for them. After 2 days of lost wages from work for taking off to go get a puppy that they weren’t going to really deliver to us, she had the audacity to send us a screenshot of her $500 non refundable deposit that she posted to her website “After” we put money down for our puppy. There was never anything shown to us about a non refundable deposit, nor was any agreement signed. This lady made up her own rules as she went. Come to find out she is breeding her 9 month old dog & selling her pups to people without the AKC registration when they come to pick up their pups. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! We now have to file small claims to get our deposit back. More...
